Good food and good wine from Piedmont and beyond

Our sommeliers have selected the most interesting DOC and DOCG appellations of the territory, among which: Cortese dell'Alto Monferrato, Chardonnay Piemonte, Bonarda Piemonte, Barbera d'Asti, Moscato and Monferrato Dolcetto. These wines are perfectly paired with our dishes: agnolotti del Plin, risotto, rabbit tuna, veal with tuna sauce, boiled meats, desserts. Our menu offers traditional Italian cuisine and also dishes with international influences.

Wine tasting with finger food

Our enoteca also organizes, on request, wine tasting sessions accompanied by gourmet snacks. The food and wine route is available for small groups of at least 6 people. In good weather the tasting can be held in the Castle beautiful gardens.

Enoteca Crotin is not the only restaurant in the Castle. For ceremonies, banquets, events and theme parties the du Château room is available too. It can accommodate up to 200 diners.
